This is an original Racine Wisconsin directory from 1973 and not a more recent replica or reproduction. This one comes with the advertiser ribbon bookmark as shown in the photos. The size is approx. 7-1/2 x 10-1/2 inches.
The condition is good. There is some wear to the corners and edges of the covers as shown in the photos. Two corners of the front cover are creased and there is some writing on the title page - see photos. One page is loose and separated from the binding and spine. Very nice inside and clean with no tears, other markings, folded, cut or missing pages.
