(The production opened November 26th, 1962 and ran for 1007 performances.) ..... The back cover (shown in the first scanned image) was signed by
PAUL FORD (inscribed, "Sincere regards"), MAUREEN O'SULLIVAN (inscribed, "Best wishes") and ORSON BEAN
(inscribed, "Hi!"). The program will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity ..... PLEASE NOTE: The scanned pages have been cropped due to the limitations of my scanner.
