Description

This is a rare promotional pinback from the Original Broadway production of the
IRVING BERLIN and HARRY B. SMITH musical 'WATCH YOUR STEP" which played
the New Amsterdam Theatre in New York City
. (The Original Broadway production opened December 8th, 1914 and ran for 175 performances. The London production opened May 4th, 1915
at
the Empire Theatre in London
and ran for 275 performances.) ..... This was IRVING BERLIN's first complete score for a book musical, having contributed songs to a number of other shows and revues beginning in 1910.

CONDITION: With the exception of light marks on the front surface and rust marks on the back, this rare pinback is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any musical theatre aficionado or historian.
