This eBay listing is for a set of 2 Hydro-Fit Aquatic Fitness Gear Hand Buoy (as marked) aquatics pool/ocean water resistance hand buoys/weights that come as you see pictured in the listing and noted above.   These are fitness dumbbells for the water and made of lightweight foam.   These are used with normal wear with lots of life still left in them!!!   They are Made in the USA!!!    Each one has an overall size of just over 9" across by 5.75" tall.
I'll have a few other sets just like this pair on Ebay at this time as well!!
