Rare Desert Storm medics PASGT helmet. Made by Sioux Mfg Corp and dated 1986.
Excellent condition with original chinstrap plastic cord tied to the buckle. Never seen that done before. Condition is beautiful with original medic paint. Shell size is Small. I am including a brand new replacement sweatband dated1985.
