    Description

    Manuel Benítez Pérez, more commonly known as El Cordobés, is a famous matador of the 1960s who brought an unorthodox acrobatic and theatrical style to the bullring. He is featured on this poster along with Jamie Ostos and several other big names of the 60’s. I bought this poster of the wall of a bodega in 1965 in Malaga Spain after the fight date was past. It is a large one measuring 64” tall by 32” across.
    It has fold marks that were there when it came off the wall. The color is still strong and it is in excellent original condition having rolled and been kept sealed in a tube.
