    "Everett Massachusetts Directory Containing Alphabetical Lists of the Inhabitants and Business Firms, City Government, Society and Other Miscellaneous Matter; also a Street Guide Alphabetically Arranged, and Showing the Streets and Places That Intersect or Cross," published by the New England Directory Company in 1916, 6" x 9.5" hardcover, 472 pages plus 24- and 20-page sections of ads in the front and back. Includes foldout map.
    This is a serviceable reference copy in fair condition: Light damp-stain rimming the bottom edge through about page 100, a few stains from pressed plants, a child's pencil scrawls here and there, text block shaken but intact, text block detached from the covers, fixed end papers damaged in the gutters as shown, soiling and wear to the covers. A functional but ugly copy.

    How I Pack:
    Most books are packed in boxes with appropriate packing material. Thin volumes and ephemera are mailed in envelopes with stiffeners. Records are mailed in industry-standard cardboard mailers. All items are packed to withstand normal abuse during transportation.
